How We Shipped Forgotten AirPods from an Istanbul Hotel to the USA

A customer living in the United States contacted Ana Kurye after realizing that a pair of Apple AirPods Pro had been left behind at a hotel in Bakirkoy, Istanbul. The customer had already left Türkiye, so going back to the hotel was not possible.

This was a small item, but the process still required careful coordination: hotel confirmation, customer authorization, item pickup, photo verification, customs preparation, secure packaging and international shipping to San Diego, California.

The request: AirPods left behind at an Istanbul hotel
