After confirmation, the courier movement, pickup communication, photo or status confirmation when possible, and delivery or handover plan are shared with the customer.
If an international carrier is involved, Ana Kurye can prepare and coordinate handover, but shipment acceptance, customs and transport rules belong to the selected carrier and destination country.
